The short route
Train until you can beat the next enemy reliably, clear stages for Wins, then save toward the next Evolution shown in your server. If progress slows, identify whether the wall is Damage, survival, or Wins before changing your plan.
A source-checked first-session route for building Damage, clearing stages, earning Wins, choosing an Evolution target, and reaching new areas.

Damage, Health, Wins and next Evolution cost
Launch +1 Muscle Evolution from the official Need More Cement experience. Similar names can lead to old code lists and progression advice that do not belong to this game.
Click and use the punching bags until normal enemies stop feeling inefficient. Note how much Damage one action adds; this gives you a measurable baseline instead of a vague grind target.
Practical tip: Use the Training mode in the calculator to turn a visible Damage target into actions and optional time.
Fight the next enemy or stage and watch what fails. If the fight is too slow, return to Damage. If you lose before finishing, treat Health or survival as the blocker instead.
Once a stage is consistent, record the Wins earned by one clear. Reliable repeats are more useful than forcing a stage that takes too long or fails often.
Read the next Evolution cost in your current server. Enter current Wins, target cost and Wins per clear in the calculator. Save-versus-spend decisions are easier when the remaining number is visible.
An Evolution or new area can change your training and clear speed. Measure again rather than assuming the old action rate or Wins loop still represents your progress.
More clicks do not fix every problem. Separate a Damage wall from survival and Wins requirements.
The older Muscle Evolution experience has unrelated code strings. Do not treat search-result repetition as proof for this universe.
A pass aimed at Wins may have little value while Damage or Health is your actual blocker.
Repeat one normal training action or one stage attempt, then name the wall before changing your setup. Use the calculator for Damage actions or Wins clears; use the related guide when survival, pets, or a purchase is the real question.
Build enough Damage to clear the next enemy consistently, then repeat stages for Wins.
Use the cost shown in your server and plan toward it once your current clear is reliable.
No paid pass is required for this route. Passes change convenience or speed, not the basic loop.
The official sources checked do not publish a stable threshold table, so the guide uses live values from your server.
